实际上，它看起来像是用于某些版本的GStreamer的OpenCV代码，它会在函数成功时将错误指针设置为NULL，但根据我的经验(以及文档)，在1.16.2版本中不能保证这一点。
对于这些PR，它应该正确使用返回值，而不是依赖于错误指针的状态。
