如何正确地暂停/停止线程?

我一直在用C#开发一个聊天客户端。我正在尝试找出一种在断开与服务器的连接时暂停/停止线程的方法。现在,当我单击disconnect时,它应该会向服务器发送一条{quit}消息,但在那之后,客户端就会锁定,因为接收线程仍在运行,试图在断开连接时从服务器接收数据。有谁知道解决这个问题的好方法吗?

while(true)改为while(clientSocket.Connected)然后,当远程服务器断开连接时,您的环路将自动中断;
