美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院副院长Eric Bradlow教授在论坛现场接受专访。
以下是采访内容:
As AI becomes increasingly prevalent in business decision-making, what new competencies are required of business leaders?
Business leaders will need to understand the best way to utilize AI and its capabilities. Just because AI can do something, doesn’t mean a manager should use it for that purpose. As an example, can AI today automate decision-making? Yes. However, trading off risk and return and understanding the current corporate context suggests that AI is best utilized as a decision-support tool and not a decision-making tool. In addition, AI is still not entirely accurate and tends to overstate the confidence of its responses. One good practice when using AI is to utilize multiple LLMs. Repeat the query across LLMs to see the variability in answers and ask the LLM for answers that reflect different potential states of the world.
What are your views and expectations for the integration of AI and business education in the next decade?
Leading business schools like Wharton will embrace AI as an important decision-support tool for professionals. This means training students on how to use AI and how to integrate it into their analyses, writing, communications, etc. It also means that all business schools will need to teach students about the responsible use of AI.
