Cytoscape做分类网络图

Cytoscape is anopen sourcesoftware platform for visualizing complex networks and integrating these with any type of attribute data. A lot ofAppsare available for various kinds of problem domains, including bioinformatics, social network analysis, and semantic web.

Cytoscape 的功能很强大，可以做各种网络图，其实还可以做流程图，思维导图，分类图等等，并且交互性好，还有很多的扩展插件。缺点呢，就是该软件占内存比较大，耗资源，如果机子不给力，操作起来可能有延时，会很痛苦。

安装时注意先装 Java，参照官网说明。

本文以分类图为例来讲一下 Cytoscape的作图过程。

Cytoscape做图步骤：

1）载入文件

用 Cytoscape 作图，首先要准备好两个输入文件，一个是配置node的文件，记录了关于网络中点的信息，一个是配置edge的文件，记录了线的信息。本文中用到的这两个文件可以从下面的链接中获得。
