被指“候鸟屠场”的艺术作品，将拆除！

近日，湖南岳阳天下洞庭·国际芦苇艺术节中，一个名为《浮土》的芦苇艺术作品被指“人造候鸟屠杀场”。

A reed art installation titled "Floating Earth", featured at the recent "3rd World Dongting•International Reed Art Festival" in Yueyang, Hunan province, has been criticized as a potential "man-made slaughter site for migratory birds".

有科普博主认为，9.5米的镜面装置极易引发鸟撞现象，会给洞庭湖鸟类带来严重影响。

The installation, a 9.5-meter mirror structure, has raised concerns among environmental advocates. Science bloggers have warned that the piece's highly reflective surface could lead to frequent bird-building collisions, posing a significant threat to birds in the Dongting Lake area.

据了解，鸟撞（Bird-building collision）是现代化城市中一个触目惊心的生态灾难。科学研究揭示，镜面或玻璃幕墙会反射出天空、云朵和芦苇荡的影像。在鸟类眼中，这并非一面墙，而是一片可以继续飞行的开阔空间，它们会毫无防备地全速撞向这个“幻境”。

Bird-building collision is a recognized ecological issue in modern urban environments. Research shows that mirrored or glass surfaces reflect images of the sky, clouds, and surrounding reeds, creating an illusion of open space. Birds, unable to recognize the barrier, may fly directly into the reflection at full speed.

北京林业大学东亚-澳大利西亚候鸟迁徙研究中心副教授贾亦飞表示，洞庭湖是全球九大候鸟迁飞通道之一的“东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞通道”上非常重要的点位。不论上述装置是否已对鸟类造成伤害，但可以明确的是，这对鸟类来说是一个巨大的陷阱，“肯定会引发鸟撞，但影响程度要结合装置所处的具体位置来判断。”

Jia Yifei, associate professor at the East Asian–Australasian Flyway Migration Research Center of Beijing Forestry University, emphasized Dongting Lake's critical role in the East Asian–Australasian Flyway, one of the world's nine major migratory routes. He stated that regardless of if the installation has already caused harm or not, it undoubtedly acts as a dangerous trap for birds in the future. "It will certainly cause collisions, though the extent of impact depends on its specific location," he added.

多方回应“艺术作品引争议”

据现代快报报道，1月15日，岳阳市文化旅游广电局工作人员称，此次活动是由岳阳市城市建设投资集团文旅公司策划执行，目前该局已经知晓，责令文旅公司进行整改。

Following widespread attention, the Yueyang Culture, Tourism, Radio, and Television Bureau confirmed that the event was organized by the city's urban construction investment group. The bureau has requested the company to rectify the issue.

当地12345一名工作人员向中国青年网青蜂侠表示，已经收到大量市民来电，并已移交相关部门处理。湖南省林业部门一名工作人员表示对事件感到气愤，已派出调查组进行处理。

A representative from the local 12345 hotline said they have received numerous complaints, which have been forwarded to relevant departments. An official from Hunan's forestry department expressed dismay and confirmed that an investigation team had been dispatched.

另据深圳特区报&读特新闻消息，该艺术季策划单位岳阳市城市建设投资集团有限公司工作人员回应称，已经关注到市民反映的情况，将在48小时内拆除该艺术装置。

According to reports from Modern Express and Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, the organizing company — Yueyang Urban Construction Investment Group — said it had noted public concerns and would remove the installation within 48 hours.

2025年12月19日，新华每日电讯的报道《候鸟飞过洞庭湖》介绍，作为“东亚-澳大利西亚”候鸟迁徙线路上的重要停歇地、越冬地，洞庭湖湿地广袤，水草丰茂，鱼类繁多，是越冬候鸟的理想家园。每年秋冬，360多种候鸟如约而至，其中不乏东方白鹳、黑鹳、白鹤、中华秋沙鸭等珍稀濒危物种。

文章称，洞庭湖于候鸟，是中途驿站，是越冬家园，更是人与自然相处的一面镜子。“这片湖的变迁，映照着人类对自然认知的觉醒。”
