Baotou adds 2 academician workstations 包头市院士工作站达38个

Baotou of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region now boasts a total of 38 academician workstations with two added to the list on Dec 8, reports Inner Mongolia Daily.

12月8日，电子商务交易技术国家工程实验室包头信息技术大数据研究院、包头信息安全院士工作站在包头举行揭牌仪式。至此，包头市院士工作站数量达到38家。

Baotou Information Security Academician Workstation will focus on enhancing operation system security and network security technology to back the development of smart city technology and e-commerce.

据了解，包头市信息安全院士工作站将致力于研究业务系统安全防护、促进网络安全技术提升等，为智慧城市、电子商务等提供信息安全支撑。

The other academician workstation will facilitate the development of Baotou’s e-commerce and focus on big data monitoring. The workstation will help with predicting future economic trends.

电子商务交易技术国家工程实验室包头信息技术大数据研究院将通过对数字经济运行大数据进行监测，为政府部门估计数字经济运行形势、预测未来发展趋势等提供科学依据。
