Screen sharing: Screen sharing is available on both desktop and mobile, supporting original picture quality. When sharing the desktop, specific members can be given remote control. When sharing slides, participants can be granted slide control permissions, enabling multiple people to control slide switching simultaneously. In multi-person reporting scenarios, Tencent Meeting supports queued sharing; while one participant is sharing, the next one can prepare. Once the previous sharing ends, it automatically switches to the next queued share, ensuring a smoother transition.
Meeting documents: Supports uploading local files (documents, spreadsheets, slides, PDFs, etc.) before or during the meeting for online collaborative editing. Files can also be imported directly from Tencent Docs, fully meeting participants' interactive editing needs.
Cross-terminal participation: Tencent Meeting supports joining from multiple devices simultaneously, such as mobile and desktop. If no audio device is available on the desktop (e.g., some PCs don't have speakers), the mobile device can be used as an additional audio device for pickup and amplification, offering more flexibility. Enterprise users can invite conference room terminals to join via the meeting room directory. If participants are in weak network environments, enterprise users can call their mobile phone or landline, offering more stable audio quality.
Group discussion: Enterprise users can create up to 50 independent discussion groups, each producing its own recording file, making post-meeting reviews more targeted.
Self-built applications: Enterprise users can create custom applications to enhance collaboration capabilities during meetings, improving collaboration efficiency. Real-time transcription and translation: The Business and Enterprise versions support transcribing the entire meeting's audio to text and one-click translation, facilitating native-language work. The transcribed and translated content can be exported as PDF, Word, or plain text. After the meeting, the transcribed content can be reviewed and shared anytime from the meeting history.
Customized hot words: In addition to general language models, Tencent Meeting provides industry-specific language models to improve the accuracy of recognizing commonly used terms in different industries. For enterprise-specific scenarios, Tencent Meeting offers a customized hot words feature. Tencent Meeting retains the original, softer voice by default. Off-site Meeting Control Assistant: Enterprise administrators can manage ongoing enterprise meetings from the management console.
