Prepare relevant enterprise information
Before using the TRP feature, prepare and upload the relevant enterprise qualification certifications according to different business categories. Ensure that all scenarios where the TRP feature is used are legally compliant. For specific categories and qualification requirements, please refer to Enterprise Business Qualification Requirements.
Note:
All qualifications must be provided with scanned originals or photocopies stamped with the company’s red seal, and signed photocopies of the legal person's ID card. The products sold must be within the scope of the license. All qualifications must be within the validity period.
Prepare product-related information
Prepare traceable goods and related information.
The content mainly includes (can be adjusted according to actual needs): product name, specifications, product introduction (copywriting, images, videos), product quality inspection report, origin information, etc.
Prepare prize information
Prepare the event prizes and related information.
Products can be ingested in two ways: self-owned products by the enterprise or procurement from Tencent resources. Product forms support physical products and CDK virtual coupons.
Content mainly includes (and can be adjusted according to actual needs): prize name, prize introduction (copy, cover image, detail image), CDK card code file, redemption page link, etc.
