Tencent Cloud CDN product will add value-added service billing for HTTPS request count, pricing as follows:

Each account has a free quota of 3 million HTTPS requests per month. The CDN product only charges for HTTPS requests that exceed the free quota, with a price of 0.05 CNY per 10,000 requests.
The free quota is valid within each calendar month. The unused portion will expire at 00:00 on the 1st of the next month, and a new free quota of 3 million requests will be granted.
Example 1: If you enable the CDN product's HTTPS service on September 6 and generate a total of 2 million HTTPS requests from September 6 to September 30, the cost for HTTPS requests in September will be 0 since it did not exceed the free quota. The remaining unused 1 million requests from the free quota will expire at 00:00 on October 1, and a new free quota of 3 million requests will be granted.
Example 2: If you enable the CDN product's HTTPS service on September 6 and generate a total of 4 million HTTPS requests from September 6 to September 30, 3 million requests will be within the free quota and not charged. The excess 1 million requests will be charged at 0.05 CNY per 10,000 requests, resulting in a cost of 5 CNY for HTTPS requests in September. A new free quota of 3 million requests will be granted at 00:00 on October 1.
Adjustment Scope
The acceleration type is the HTTPS request count generated by domain names of the Content Delivery Network (CDN), excluding domain names of the Enterprise Content Delivery Network (ECDN):

Bill Impact
Users of CDN products who enable HTTPS service will incur HTTPS request fees, including hourly billing and monthly billing users. The incurred fees can be checked through the bill:
1. Hourly Billing Users: The hourly billing statement only shows the paid HTTPS request count. The free quota of HTTPS requests and fees are not reflected in the bill.
2. Monthly Billing Users: The monthly billing statement shows both the free quota of HTTPS requests and the paid HTTPS request count and fees.
All users can query the total number of HTTPS requests (including both free and paid requests) generated within a time period in the "CDN total requests" service overview on the console.
