Setting Alarm Notification

This document describes how to set an alarm notification template in the console. When creating an alarm policy on the alarm policy configuration page, you can select an existing template or create a new one for easy configuration. You can also quickly apply the same template for multiple policies.

Operation step

1. Configure an alarm notification template

1. Log in to TCOP Console, and select Alarm Management on the left sidebar.
2. Under Basic Configuration > Notification Template, click Create New Notification Template, fill in the information on the "Create New Notification Template" page, after confirming everything is correct, click Complete.



2. Configure an alarm notification

1. Log in to TCOP Console, and select Alarm Management on the left sidebar.
2. Under Policy Management, click New Policy. In the alarm policy configuration window, choose Configuring an Alarm Notification to select alarm notification templates (up to 3 templates).
3. After configuring the alarm policy and alert notification, click Complete.


4. Once the configuration is completed, if an abnormality triggers an alarm, the system will send notifications to the recipients via the selected channels (Email, SMS, WeChat, WeCom, Telephone).
