Operation scenarios
This article will guide you on how to modify or unbind your login method in the console. If you need to unbind the registration method, please refer to Unbind Registration Method.
Tencent Cloud accounts support binding or unbinding WeChat, QQ, Email, WeCom, and WeChat Public Platform as login methods. If your QQ, WeChat, Email, WeCom, or WeChat Public Platform account is not the registered method, you can unbind it in the console.
Operation step
Modify/Unbind WeChat
1. log in to Tencent Cloud Console, and go to the Account Information page.
2. In the "login method" section, find WeChat and click Modify.
3. In the pop-up window, select either Modify Current WeChat or Unbind Current WeChat as needed.
To modify the current WeChat, follow the prompts to complete identity verification, then use the new WeChat account to scan the code for verification to complete the modification.
To unbind the current WeChat, follow the prompts to complete identity verification and successfully unbind.
Note
If the current authentication method is unavailable, you can click Use Alternative Authentication Methods to verify your identity through an alternative method.
Modify/Unbind QQ
1. log in to Tencent Cloud Console, and go to the Account Information page.
2. In the "login method" section, find QQ and click Modify.
3. In the pop-up window, select either Modify Current WeChat or Unbind Current WeChat as needed.
To modify the current QQ, follow the prompts to complete the related operations for a successful modification.
To unbind the current QQ, complete identity verification and successfully unbind.
Note
If the current authentication method is unavailable, you can click Use Alternative Authentication Methods to verify your identity through an alternative method.
Modify/Unbind Email
1. log in to Tencent Cloud Console, and go to the Account Information page.
2. In the "login method" section, find Email and click Modify.
3. In the pop-up window, select either Modify Current WeChat or Unbind Current WeChat as needed.
Change the current email. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process and successfully change it.
Unbind the current email. Complete the identity verification to successfully unbind it.

If the current authentication method is unavailable, you can click Use Alternative Authentication Methods to verify your identity through an alternative method.
Change/Unbind WeChat Public Platform
1. log in to Tencent Cloud Console, and go to the Account Information page.
2. In the "Login Methods" section, find WeChat Public Platform, click Modify.
3. In the pop-up window, select either Modify Current WeChat or Unbind Current WeChat as needed.
Change the current WeChat Public Platform. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process and successfully change it.
Unbind the current WeChat Public Platform. Complete the identity verification to successfully unbind it.

Change/Unbind WeCom
1. log in to Tencent Cloud Console, and go to the Account Information page.
2. In the " log in to method" column, find Enterprise WeChat, click modify.
3. In the pop-up window, select either Modify Current WeChat or Unbind Current WeChat as needed.
Change the current WeCom. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process and successfully change it.
Unbind the current WeCom. Complete the identity verification to successfully unbind it.
