•The tile Manage Sales Orders is part of the business catalog Sales –Sales Order Processing. The sales representative can use this tile to launch the list report application based on SAP Fiori.
•The business catalog has to be assigned to business users via a business role and it contains several tiles.
•The number of orders is indicated on the tile, in this example there are about 15,800 sales orders.

•By using different criteria, a user can filter and populate a list of existing sales orders. Type-aheadfeature and fuzzy search is supported for some filter values.
•Directly from the results list, the user can executeactions, for example, to reject all items of a sales order.
•From the result list, the user can navigate to related applications, for example, to the object page to retrieve more details for a sales order.

The list report Manage Sales Orderscontains a number of standard filter criteria, for example the Sales Order (number), the Sold-To Party, the Customer Reference, and the Overall Status.

1. Standard Fields in Results List
The list report Manage Sales Orders contains a number of standard fields in the results list.
Some fields are displayed as hyperlinks, which allow the user to navigate to related applications (see next slides).
2. View Settings: Personalizing the results list
Adding, removing, and arranging columns in the results list is possible via personalization.
Sorting and grouping can be applied.

Actions:
Create Sales Order allows the user to create a new sales order using the SAP Fiori theme for classic applications.
Reject All Itemsallows to quickly close all orders items providing a relevant reason for rejection
Set Delivery Block allows to set a delivery block on header level of the sales order. A reverse action (Remove Delivery Block) exists as well. Similar actions exist for setting/removing a Billing Block.

Using links, it is possible to navigate to related applications, for example, to display the order object page (fact sheet) or to maintain the order in classic applications in SAP Fiori theme (in a new WebGUI browser tab/window; see one of the next slides).
