上传到App Store 含第三方支付被3.1.1被拒解决方案

最近在做项目时，涉及用户付费。于是就找来了支付宝和微信支付的集成教程，按照要求分别开通各自开发平台的开发者账号和商户号。在后台加入了支付的支持，一步步的集成和测试，通过后打包上传到App Store 等待Review。

先是苹果在元数据审核阶段拒绝了我们的上架申请期待我们提供更多的关于使用第三方支付的方式，具体邮件内容如下：

按照他提的问题我们给出了如下回复：

Q :Does your app access any paid content or services? A : Yes. Q :Is the service provided within the app? A :No, this service provided by 3rd party provider (Chinese WeChat payment Company). Q: What are the paid content or services, and what are the costs? A: The paid content is the housing advisory services's fee,and the costs is RMB 20 each house. Q:Who pays for the content or services? A:App users pay for that. Q: Where do they pay, and what’s the payment method? A: Payment is routed through WeChat Pay (to our business account). Q: If users create an account to use your app, are there fees involved? A:No. Even when they're paying authentication is done on the WeChat platform. Q:How do users obtain an account? A:legible users create account on WeChat website. This literally has no relationship with app account credentials. Business - 3.1.1 We noticed that your app enables the purchase of content, services, or functionality in the app by means other than the In-App Purchase API, which is not allowed on the App Store. Specifically, your app enables the purchase of housing advisory service fee, without using the In-App Purchase API. Next Steps While the payment system that you have included may conduct the transaction outside of the app, if the purchasable content, functionality, or services are intended to be used in the app, they must be purchased through IAP, within the app - unless it is of the type referenced in Guideline 3.1.3. Resources It may be appropriate to revise your app to use the In-App Purchase API to provide content purchasing functionality. • 大致意思是说我们购买的内容为App所使用的内容，不符合App Review指南中的3.1.1条，要求我们走内付费。
• 可问题是我们付款是为实实在在的服务付费的并不是购买App使用环节需要用到的信息，基于这一点我和老大迅速组织文案对我们的付费用途进行说明。具体文案内容如下：

Thank you for reviewing our App. While there may be a wrong understanding in the audit process of payment function using in our App. Cause as a company to provide real estate advisory services, we prefer our customers to query house and pay the fees first in our App, offline we will provide a real estate consulting paper after our research through express delivering, etc. After the payment, In our App, we only presented to the customer is report related customer contact for easy communication themselves.

The user pays for manual research and material costs incurred during the consultation process and is NOT intended to purchase the information that is only required in the APP.

In order to make you a better understanding of our using WeChat Pay without using IAP, we changed the relevant text of the consultation list page (query history page) and the payment page in our new version release.

为了能够尽快的通过审核我还申请了加急，并且加急的原因也写的是文案中的内容。很快我收到了加急审核团队的邮件，他们说我在解决方案中心已经提交了相关的内容，无需再走加急流程。这封邮件证明了我们的App是完好的，确实只是存在些理解上的偏差。

随后我们队App进行了相应的更改，以期不产生误会。然后上传后第二天我们App审核就通过了，我们赶在了计划的时间节点顺利的上线了此App，不得不佩服苹果的办事态度和效率。

注：对于3.1.1被拒相信很多人还在被此问题困扰着

1.审核周期长一直卡包 2.浪费不少时间成本还是未能解决3.1.1 3.未隐藏但是还是被拒了 4.一直尝试隐藏但是过了几个月还是没能通过，后来去除了还是被干了
