错误1044(42000)：拒绝用户“@”localhost对数据库“db”的访问
我想开始用MySQL编写查询。
show grants显示：

+--------------------------------------+我没有任何用户ID，但是当我想要成为一个用户时，我没有特权，而且我也不知道当我没有一个用户的时候，我也不知道如何获得特权！
mysql> CREATE USER 'parsa'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'parsa';

mysql> mysql -u root -p;
