In order for the LDB to print on the Shelf Labels, multiple ShelfLabels form part of

a full sheet of pre-perforated paper cardstock (“Shelf LabelSheets”), which can be

run through LDB printers (currently Xerox Versant 280 and XeroxVersant 4100),

and then separated by Store staff.

The Contractor will produce Shelf Label Sheets with the followingspecifications:

(a) 110 lb. index;

(b) smoothness – Sheffield rating 125;

(c) Brightness – 94;

(d) Caliper – 8 pt;

(e) the micro-perforation must not split apart while printing;

(f) the micro-perforation should be as smooth as possible to thetouch once

为了让 LDB能够在货架标签上打印，多个货架标签需要组成一整张带有预打微型虚线的卡纸（“货架标签纸”），可以通过LDB 使用的打印机（目前为 Xerox Versant 280 和 Xerox Versant4100）打印，之后由门店员工手动分离。

承包商将按以下规格生产货架标签纸：

(a) 110 磅卡纸（index）；

(b) 平滑度 – Sheffield 等级 125；

(c) 白度 – 94；

(d) 厚度 – 8 pt (= 0.008 英寸 ≈ 0.203 毫米）

(e) 微型虚线在打印过程中不得裂开；

(f) 微型虚线撕开后手感应尽可能光滑。

*Sheet Size：单张打印纸的尺寸（如 8.5" × 11"是常见的美国信纸尺寸）

*NUMBER OF LABELS /PAGE：每张纸排布标签数量

*Label Size：单格标签尺寸

*TOP & BOTTOM BORDERSIZE：指标签内容与纸张上下边缘的空白边距，影响打印时的排版边距

*LEFT & RIGHT BORDER SIZE：纸张左右的空白边距
