用我跛脚的英语说一遍，放上英文原文是因为我怕些地方理解有误。

1.在桌面上创建一个新的文本文档.txt

2.在文本文档中写入UseSystemStylus 0

3. 保存文本文档，命名为PSUserConfig.txt （txt为后缀名，如果你是隐藏后缀名的，就只用输PSUserConfig）

4.去到此路径

C:\Users\YOUR-USER\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 20xx\Adobe Photoshop CC 20xx Settings

粘贴PSUserConfig.txt

5.如果还有问题，可以去wacom的数位板属性页面下勾掉 使用windows ink功能

6.如果还是不行，去到windows下的笔设置里，关掉一切windows ink功能
