近段时间，有关比特币的新闻非常吸睛，区块链也跟着火了一把。资本市场上，各种区块链概念股的股价涨跌犹如过山车般惊心动魄。从反应敏锐的资本市场可以看出，区块链正站上风口，受到各方高度关注。

《中国区块链技术和应用发展白皮书2016》建议各级政府主管部门借鉴发达国家和地区的先进做法，结合我国区块链技术和应用发展情况，及时出台区块链技术和产业发展扶持政策，重点支持关键技术攻关、重大示范工程、“双创”平台建设、系统解决方案研发和公共服务平台建设等。同时，建议国内重点企业、科研、高校和用户单位加强联合，加快共识机制、可编程合约、分布式存储、数字签名等核心关键技术攻关。

From the sharp capital market, blockchain was standing on the tuyere, was highly concerned by all parties.

“The White Paper on China's Blockchain Technology and Application Development in 2016”recommended that government departments at all levels draw on the advanced practices of developed countries and regions, combine the development of China's blockchain technology and applications, and timely introduce blockchain technology and industrial development support policies. Focus on supporting key technology research, major demonstration projects, “double-creative” platform construction, system solution research and development, and public service platform construction. At the same time, it is recommended that domestic key enterprises, scientific research, universities and employing unit strengthen joint efforts to speed up the key technologies of the core mechanism such as consensus mechanism, programmable contracts, distributed storage and digital signature.
