Photoshop 是 Adobe 公司旗下最为出名的图像处理软件之一，集图像扫描、编辑修改、图像制作、广告创意，图像输入与输出于一体的图形图像处理软件，深受广大平面设计人员和电脑美术爱好者的喜爱。

Photoshop 5.0 发行与 1998 年，5.0 引入了 History 的概念，这和一般的撤销不同，在当时引起业界的欢呼。色彩管理也是 5.0 的一个新功能，尽管当时引起一些争议，此后被证明这是 Photoshop 历史上的一个重大改进。
