Operation Background
If the monthly subscription environment package expires without renewal, the environment will enter the isolation period, the console will be inaccessible, and the online business will be suspended. If you still need to use this environment, you can perform environment restoration.
Note
If environment isolation exceeds 7 days, the system will automatically release the environment at 0:00 on the eighth day, clearing all resources and data. The Release Environment or Restore Environment operations can no longer be performed.
Directions
1. Log in to the Cloud Development Console.
2. Find the environment with the status "isolated" that needs to be restored, and click Restore at the top right corner of the environment card.
3. Follow the page prompts for renewal and information confirmation.
4. Execute the restore.
