从研发角度,产品化要面向交付,解决成本+质量问题。产品化概念是从供应商角度提出来的,出发点是通过批量复制交付物给多个客户以实现边际成本递减、达到规模经济,其前提是该交付物的品质整体上能满足多数客户要求。
From the R&D perspective, productization must focus on delivery and address cost and quality issues. The concept of productization is proposed from the supplier's viewpoint, aiming to achieve economies of scale by delivering standardized products to multiple customers, contingent on the overall quality of the deliverable meeting the majority of customer requirements.
从客户和交付角度,需要熟悉产品、基于开箱即用的产品快速完成客制化、投产交付,进度是他们要考虑的重要因素,更多是被动接受质量、成本。
From the customer and delivery perspective, familiarity with the product is essential. They need to quickly complete customization based on out-of-the-box products for production delivery. Timeliness is a critical factor for them, as they tend to passively accept quality and cost.
