一台光刻机的葬礼

在一望过去都是冰雪的世界上，李四一骑着雪地摩托，正在赶往半导体设备坟场，那里将要举行一场光刻机的葬礼，半导体设备在Fab厂完成了它们的使命，在这里走完它们的最后一程，随之而来的是需要在这冰天雪地里面长睡在这里，直到等到需要它们身上零部件的人。

空中传来一一阵发动机的声音，李四一抬头一看，是一个巨大的三螺旋桨大型直升机，直升机下面挂的是一个恒温箱，想必箱里面装的便是那台淘汰下来的光刻机吧。李四一跟着直升机的指引，来到了半导体设备坟场。

直升机缓缓下降，随着恒温箱的底部与雪地接触，直升机上的绳索也就解放了。随后直升机便掉了头，估计又去半导体厂拉另外的到达寿命的半导体设备了吧。

坟场的工作人员缓缓打开恒温箱的门，里面是一台3nm光刻机，虽然上面的标牌显示制造于2024年，至今已经过去整整300年了，可这台光刻机依旧看起来很新，没有一丝丝氧化发黄的痕迹，如果不是在半导体设备坟场看到他，李四一都会以为这是刚出工厂的机器，想必维护它的设备工程师也是很有细心，很专业的团队吧。

李四一拿起话筒，接过这台半导体设备的最后一任机台owner准备好的词，测试 1 2 3，测试1 2 3。

今天我们齐聚在半导体设备坟场，为了送别我们熟悉的机台，这台制造于300年前的编号为6233的光刻机，这台光刻机在一开始进厂的时候，便给了我们半导体厂无尽的荣光，我们为他举办了盛大的光刻机搬入仪式，如今它要离开了，我们在这里为它送行，我们当中的很多，为它付出了很多时间，很多汗水，甚至是健康，也因为它，我们很多人都有很多的扯皮问题，当他修不好的时候，也会生气地想踢它一脚，或者把它身上的EMO拍了，彻底不管了，但生气归生气，我们还是尽力把他修好，它也经历过多次大型零部件的更换，只为了让它能够达到最佳的使用性能。

它陪着我们厂，攻克了，3nm光刻工艺的稳定性和良率问题，是我们厂的golden tool，是我们厂的baseliner！

我们将永远怀念这台机和我们陪伴的日子！说罢，工人将恒温箱关上，然后用推车把光刻机整个连带着恒温箱，推入了坟场中心的大坑，坟场那密密麻麻排布的各类半导体设备，它们安静地在雪地里面躺着，卧着，仿佛在和众人诉说着它们曾经在Fab厂24小时不停歇工作的日子，也象征着这个世界半导体制造技术的发展，是的，随着技术一步一步地发展，厂里的设备也需要更新换代，fab厂需要把老的设备淘汰了，给新的设备留新的位置。

李四一骑着雪地摩托车，准备回去了，厚厚的积雪在摩托车底部飞扬，把李四一的身影淹没在这雪地中。那些来参加葬礼的人，也都一一坐上飞机回到了他们的工作岗位。

留下这写冰冻在坟场里面的半导体设备，孤寂地等待着……

Amidst a world of ice and snow, Li Siyi rode his snowmobile toward the semiconductor equipment graveyard, where a funeral for a photolithography machine was about to be held. A cemetery attendant slowly opened the door of the incubator, revealing a 3nm lithography machine. Although the label indicated it was manufactured in 2024, a full 300 years later, the machine still looked brand new, without a trace of oxidation or yellowing. If Li Siyi hadn't seen it in the semiconductor equipment graveyard, he would have mistaken it for a machine fresh from the factory. He must have believed the engineers who maintained it were a meticulous and professional team. It was our golden tool, our baseliner! We will forever cherish this machine and the days we spent with it! After that, the worker closed the incubator, and then used a cart to push the entire lithography machine, along with the incubator, into the large pit in the center of the cemetery. The densely packed semiconductor equipment in the cemetery lay quietly in the snow, as if telling everyone about the days when they used to work 24 hours a day in the Fab factory. It also symbolized the development of semiconductor manufacturing technology in the world. Yes, as technology develops step by step, the equipment in the factory also needs to be updated. The Fab factory needs to eliminate the old equipment and make room for the new equipment. Li Siyi rode a snowmobile and prepared to go back.
