检查给定字符是否为按当前C语言环境分类的字母数字字符。在默认区域设置中，以下字符为字母数字：
- 数字%28
0123456789%29
- 大写字母%28
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ%29
- 小写字母%28
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz%29
如果ch不能表示为unsigned char不等于EOF...
