检查给定的宽字符是否具有图形表示形式，即它是数字%280123456789%29，大写字母%28ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ%29，小写字母%28abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz%29，标点符号%28!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~%29或特定于当前C语言环境的任何图形字符。
