检查ch是按当前安装的C语言环境分类的可打印字符。在默认的“C”区域设置中，以下字符是可打印的：
- 数字%28
0123456789%29
- 大写字母%28
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ%29
- 小写字母%28
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz%29
- 标点符号%28
!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~%29
- 空间%28%29
如果ch不能表示为unsigned char不等于EOF...
