检查给定字符是否为按当前C语言环境分类的标点符号。默认的C语言环境对字符进行分类!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~作为标点符号。
如果ch不能表示为unsigned char不平等EOF...
参数

返回值
如果字符是标点符号，则为非零值，否则为零.
