Li Baodong Meets with William Zarit, CohenGroup Senior Counselor

On November 13, Li Baodong, Secretary General of the Boao Forum for Asia, met with William Zarit, Senior Counselor of the Cohen Group, at the Secretariat in Beijing to exchange views on enhancing cooperation between the two sides.

Secretary General Li Baodong thanked the Cohen Group for its support of the Forum. Secretary General Li maintained that BFA is willing to strengthen cooperation with the Cohen Group in promoting exchanges, dialogue and cooperation on various levels between China and the United States.

Mr. Zarit shared his hope that more American companies will take part in dialogues hosted by the BFA between policy makers and the business community. A better understanding of China's economic policies and bilateral relations between the US and China, he said, will enhance their confidence on investing in China.
