似乎您正在使用一个业力Koala (9.10)存储库。由于不再支持业力，所以您的系统无法更新。

如果使用的是10.04，请尝试禁用这些存储库。欲知更多信息，请附上您的sources.list文件好吗？使用此命令并粘贴输出：
