癌症相关数据库专题-CCLE

本周我们将介绍几个癌症相关的数据库，今天介绍的是CCLE（Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia），它是Board Institute维护的一个癌症细胞系的数据库，目前有1,400多个cell line。

数据库简介

我们可以在右上角的搜索框搜索Cell line、Annotation和Gene。比如我们想知道某个基因在肿瘤细胞系的高低表达，就可以在这个网站搜索该基因，大多数基因的表达情况还是能够找到的。
