我最近在我的Windows 10 PC上重新安装了Netbeans IDE，以便恢复一些不相关的配置。当我尝试检查新插件以便能够下载Sakila示例数据库时，I get this error.

我已经在No Proxy和Use Proxy Settings上测试了连接，两个连接都测试了seem to end succesfully.

我已经允许Netbeans通过我的防火墙，但这也改变不了什么。

我没有接触我的代理配置，所以它是默认的(自动检测)。关闭自动检测也不会改变任何东西，不管我在Netbeans上有什么代理配置。
